Blueprint Income is a licensed insurance producer and is licensed to sell fixed annuity products as a resident entity in Massachusetts.

Your use of the Site is governed by the version of the Terms of Service in effect on the date the Site is accessed by you. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service will be governed by Delaware law, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN DELAWARE.

Waiver

The Site and the Services are not intended to provide, and we do not provide, any type of professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice.

Entire Agreement
